Per Diem Nursing Job Requirements
Required Documents -
• Current nursing registration license
• Annual physician's statement including PPD (CXR required for positive result), Hepatitis B immunity, Varicella Zoster, MMR or Rubella, Rubeola, & Mumps Titer
• Current malpractice insurance
• Current BCLS certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States or proof of citizenship
• Continuing Education Course certificates you may have taken recently
• ACLS is required for ER and Critical Care units; PALS and NRP where applicable.
